Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading or false information in order to obtain discounted rate for anything other than for resale purposes.

Selling via brick and mortar and/or online
First Order
Opening order minimum is $250.
50% Deposit of order amount is due with before production commences. I will invoice through Square or Paypal for online orders
Remaining balance including the remaining 50% plus shipping is due upon shipment readiness. I require your balance be fully paid off before releasing the order.
Reorders
Minimum amount for reorders is $150.

Custom Work
I am happy to provide custom and exclusive work. Any custom shapes is subject to minimum of $100 design fee.

Change Order
Once you have placed an order, you may change or cancel the order within 2 days from the date of order by emailing kaitlyn.a.brennan@gmail.com.

Dropshipping
I now accept dropshipping orders. Dropshipping is 85% of retail cost. I am able to ship with Brennan Pottery branded packaging or buyers’ branding. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost. Dropshipping is not consignment, inventory must be purchased beforehand.

Order Delivery
Orders will be completed and shipped on average 6 weeks from the date the order was placed (6-8 weeks for orders of 40 or more items). Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. Rush order is available, please inquire first.
If you have a shipping account for either FedEx or UPS, let us know beforehand.
Otherwise we’ll ship via Canada Post.
International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees.

Nature of Handmade
All of our wholesale pottery is handcrafted and it should be understood that slight variations in size and appearance are characteristic of handmade pottery. If you feel you received defective merchandise, please notify us within 10 days.
